Und wieder... Gesundheit!

Heisst es, da kommt ein neues Parkassist raus? Der dann auch selber schaltet? Das wäre natürlich schick... und darauf hätte ich dann doch auf MJ 16.5 oder 17 gewartet... menno.

Ah, thank you. This is the "normal" park assist.

In Germany we have two options:

* Park Pilot which is the usual "beep beep" parking option with sensors and visual-acoustic help.
* Parkassistent is Park Pilot + the automatic parking like in the video.

It´s a pity that the vehicle does not automatically changes gears, but thats ok. When I did my test drive I also tried the Parkassistent - it worked for me like a charm and it is really worth the money!

EDIT: So my english is good enough. Google translate makes a smooth translation to german - I hope dutch will also translate nicely.

This is the second option (in German: Parkassistent).

BTW: I don´t get it why we call the complete thing "assistent" but the signals "pilot"... should be the other way round.

This video isn't a good publicity for the parking assist. Behind the Astra, there is a plenty of space to park in. And it needs to long for this enormous hole

The UFQ is a special all in one package "Parkassistent" you described in your first entry.
