tank not lock

Hello

sorry for writing in english but i cant read and write german

I have buy a opel astra k 2016 diesel 136hp and my tank petrol is not lock...

I search it and I saw that where the lock is supposed to be is empty, i just a hole....with a flashlight i saw the lock has fallen in, how can I open and fix it? are there instructions anywhere?

What exactly do you mean with the lock you mentioned?

Dy you mean the restrictor you can see after opening and where you have to put the dispenser into?

In this case you will have to replace the assembly numbered with "1" in the picture franz5744 shared.

Remove the trim on the right side of the trunk, maybe you can reach it from there?

Yes. And either on the right side from inside the trunk (see picture, remove break down emergency completely kit including foam) or remove wheelhouse plastic under the according tyre.
