Using canbus ready leds for interior is a bad idea. They have a built in resistor . Simplified, if you replace 5w bulb with a 1w led it has a resistor to simulate 4w energy consumption in order check control doesnt recognize a bulb as faulty. That 4w goes to heat, so these led run very hot. For interior i recommend cob type or cree leds without a canbus resistors.

Well what opel is doing is actually a scam. Reviwers are promoting cars that in person are not as good. Someone said 99% of the people wont notice the difference. Well he's wrong.
